1. Registration

Registration is free. We may ask for identity or insurance documents before activating an account, and we may decline any application.

2. Leads

Leads are customer enquiries, not confirmed jobs. They are offered first-come, first-served to eligible registered tradespeople. Daily lead volume is an estimate, not a guarantee.

3. Fees

When you accept a lead and win the job, you pay a fee of 10% of the job value. You must report the outcome of every accepted lead honestly, including the job value, within 7 days of accepting it.

4. Payment

Fees are payable within 14 days. If fees are not paid on time we may place your account on hold, stop sending leads, or close the account.

5. Your responsibilities

You must hold any qualifications and insurance needed for the work you accept, use customer details only to contact the customer about their request, and treat customers fairly.

6. Suspension and closure

We may suspend, ban or close accounts for non-payment, misuse of customer data, false outcome reports or poor conduct. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard; any fees already owed remain payable.
